Polylak NV was founded in 1991 and started as a small coater for kitchen builders and joiners. Throughout the years, we continued to specialize in the manual coating of custom MDF products in total interiors. We therefore have extensive professional knowledge and are perfectly capable of offering high-quality and artisanal craftsmanship.

In addition, we consciously choose to only work with recognized suppliers and we also ensure that all business processes are carried out safely and correctly. This approach clearly pays off. Positive references from our customers confirm our expertise and good reputation as a professional painter.

PROGRESS AND INNOVATION

Before 2006, powder coating was almost only possible on metal. Due to our hunger for technical innovation, we immersed ourselves in a relatively new technique at the time: the powder coating of MDF material. Thanks, in part, to our efforts, it became possible from 2006 onwards to paint MDF material on an industrial scale using the powder coating technique.

Due to the rapidly evolving interior market, we also developed our skills in the field of wet painting in 2016 to equal the quality of our powder paint department. For example, we switched from manual work to largely automated processes for sanding, polishing and coating MDF material.

STRONG TOGETHER WITH GV INTERPARTS

Polylak has been working closely with GV Interparts since 2011, a company from Malle that has since become the exclusive powder coating distributor of Polylak in Belgium. GVI supplies tailor-made MDF components, while Polylak is responsible for the entire coating process.
