Wet painting as coating solution

In a first phase, all material is mechanically or manually sanded and coated with primer. Both processes happen both manually and mechanically. The basis is always polyester to guarantee a strong and stable substrate.

After applying and thoroughly sanding the primer, we apply the final coating or aesthetic finish to the panel. Parts can be lacquered both manually and automatically using a fully automatic lacquering line. We combine contemporary technology with real craftsmanship, more complex constructions are always painted manually.

Then we place the panels in a dust-free drying chamber at a temperature of 25°C to 30°C, where the coatings dry and cure.

During the last step we subject all finished products to a strict assessment to ensure the best quality and prepare everything for shipping. If required, we deliver all products ourselves with own transport.
